Meeting. It was scheduled as a kick-off meeting for all the groups to
start working on the Automatic Frequency Planning problem (AFP). We clearly
defined the problem, the instances to be used, and the basis for a fair
comparison amongst different algorithms (20th April, 2007, UC3 Madrid).
